Manage the complete HR spectrum and supervise sales team on management of sales and monthly target in order to ensure and improves the profitability of the business.
• Manage Sales targets for the month and develop strategies to achieve set goals.
• Organise sales visits and present products in order to establish new business.
• Review Sales Performance and generate reports weekly, bi weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for necessary documents.

•Implementing quality recruitment activities from the process of identifying manpower planning & forecasting for the HOD’s, sourcing of high caliber candidates through database searches. Scheduling, coordinating and conducting interviews for new hires and orientation for new onboard employees
•Prepare informative job descriptions. Managed talent acquisition from entry level to senior positions, successfully conducted Walk-ins, International Recruitment Drives and other turnkey assignments.
•Prepare offer letter, regret and acknowledgement letters with timely verification of applicant references, certificates and educational credentials.
•Organized and efficient candidate tracking and on-boarding with minimal delays. Work closely with the PRO for labour and visa regulations per local employment laws and requirement.
•Implement HR Strategy in the areas of Performance Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Development, Total Compensation Management, Payroll and effective compliance with HR policies and procedures.
•Generation and Consolidation of confidential monthly reports for the Top Management and Group Head Office.
•Administer monthly Payroll under scope and secure on time bank instructions by Finance for payment to employees on time.
•Organization Chart finalization in coordination with top notch officials of the company.
•Ensure confidentiality at all times of HR Employee Records and Data, through an efficient and up to date filing and record keeping system according to corporate audit requirements.
•Company - employee communication.
•Administrator for implementation of Human Resource MIS Software, conduct training sessions for users and maintaining MIS
•Administering Training and Development requirements, arranging required training modules and organized various venues for in house training.

•Advertising in various media, i.e print and online(local, regional and international);
