1. Pre-measure allocated trades and sections at contract start up.
2. Work with the clients, PQS and team liaison to agree monthly measures, final measures and variation costing.
3. Complete site inspections on a regular basis, reviewing progress and possible variations.
4. Communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis, understanding the work program and progress on site.
5. Re-measure works as required.
6. Prepare monthly progress claims.
7. Measure and value new rates and variations.
8. Send Sub-Contractor packages for pricing and evaluation before placement of order.
9. Generate Sub-Contractor documentation for payments, contract charges and final accounts.
10. Monitor and report on costs from allowable and budgets.
11. Keep track of labor, materials, plant and ensuring the costs are within the allowable zone and reporting any anomalies.
12. Report costs on a monthly basis, detailing cost reconciliations.
1. Review and approve contractor submittals, resolve technical issues arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
2. Carry out inspection of works in progress.
3. Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
4. Review of shop drawing and material submittals.
5. Monitor and report contractor progress and all activities.
1. Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
2. Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor’s engineers.
3. To be part of proactive Construction Site Team
4. Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings.
