Responsibilities
Demonstrating products.
Helping customers understand features of software packages.
Advising customers on the care of purchased goods.
Selling customer aftercare policies.
Taking special orders for goods not in stock.
Providing basic technical advice and solutions.
Develop and maintain a customer database.

Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Monitor
competitors, market conditions and product development. Install and perform minor
repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or
installation specifications.
Listen or read carefully about the computer problems.
Diagnose software and hardware problems.
Fix computer problems and ensure minimum or no down time. Set up servers and
routers.

Excellent earned a degree in the session and was the session for two months in the installation and maintenance of network computer. And as a result I got my degree was awarded an excellent opportunity to work on the ground in the Sudanese Telecommunications Company.
