* I  participated  in  many  projects  at  Hurghada  &  Sharm  el‐Sheikh  and  North Coast  Area  (Beach  Albatros  PX  unit  -  Sunny  lakes  unit  ‐  Sentito  unit  ‐ Oriental  unit  ‐  Swan  Lake  1st  and  2nd  PX  unit  -  Haceinda  PX  unit) 

* I  troubleshooted  many  VFD  and  PLC  faults  and  Solved  many  problems related  to  old  plc  output  modules  by  replacing  the  output  with  other  way without  affecting  the  control  of  the  unit

* I  installed  and  programmed  and  operated  4  VFD  models  (  Schneider  - Vacon  -  ABB - Aqua Drive)

* I  installed  relay  logic  circuit  instead  of  defected  PLC  with  all  protection  of RO unit  (  low  pressure  -  high  pressure  -  high  conductivity) 

* I  installed  PID  control  for  Schneider  ATV  61  and  controlled  the  RPM  of  the motor  so  the  pressure  in  the  water  pipe  and  protected  the  pipe  from breakage  due  to  high  pressure  in  the  case  of  low  water  drag. 

* I  installed  pressure  sensors  and  flowmeters  to  protect  RO  unit  equipments like  feed  pump  &  high  pressure  pump  and  PX Also  * I  installed  conductivity  sensor  to  monitor  and  control  product  water salinity

* I  implemented  3  types  of  motor  control  panels  (  DOL  ‐  Star/Delta  ‐  VFD  )

*  I  implemented  PLC  panels  (  Modicon  M340 )

*  I  troubleshooted  many  malfunctions  turbocharger  and  PX  units

* I  participated  in  many  projects  at  Hurghada  Area  (Giftun  unit  ‐  Marlin  inn unit  ‐  SIDC  1st  and  2nd   unit)
