• Provide training and consultancies in Institutional Performance Excellence and Excellence Programs: DGEP, ADAEP, SKGEP, SSPGE.
• Develop and implement internal awards programs including plans, manuals, criteria, forms, and templates.
• Provide Seven Stars Model Service training and assessment.
• Develop processes management framework, policies, and manuals, and design the processes performance management systems.
• Develop corporate and specialized strategies including current situation analysis, setting goals and objectives, develop implementation roadmap and design and measure key performance indicators.
• Establishment of the Committees Governance and Management Section at RTA.
• Develop framework, policies and manuals for management of committees and teams in RTA.
• Review and approve teams and committees plans to ensure meeting their goals and objectives.
• Develop and review committees assessment criteria and set the annual assessment plan.
• Conducting evaluations and reporting the assessment results and recommendations to RTA Leadership team.
• Promote Innovation & Excellence awareness and the concepts of continuous improvement across RTA.
• Support in Developing and reviewing Innovation strategy and roadmap, including assisting in developing new initiatives, projects and developing objectives and KPIs and measuring them on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure the participation of RTA employees, projects, teams and organization in the DGEP yearly awards, starting with the nominations to the preparation of needed documents, training and rehearsals for teams.
• Study, follow-up, coordinate and ensure the successful implementation and administration of Excellence Criteria according to the 4th Generation of excellence requirement especially in the Main function, innovation & future foresight criteria.
• Plan, organize and schedule the Excellence self-assessment including form, nominate and train the selected internal assessors.
• Evaluate governmental entities internal processes and procedures, detect performance levels and provides recommendations for improvement and prepares projects proposals/presentations.
• carrying out research and data collection to understand the organization and conducting analysis.
• Support development of MOPSD strategic plan in services development by scheduling, defining and developing key project plan tasks and milestones and tracking and execution against those activities.
• Team leader in development & improvement projects executed by MOPSD.
• Providing Technical support in Total Quality management, ISO standards and King Abdullah award for excellence standards which is committed to the EFQM excellence standards.
• Managing the Complaints management unit in MOPSD/ National E-Complaints management system and Training liaison officers in government entities on how to use this system.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing reports with potential and current customers to understand customer requirements and Market trends.
• Prepare technical sales proposals and contracts.
• AC Projects management and responsible for timely completion of assigned Projects and overall customer satisfaction.
• Quality control of projects and verification of compliance with the installation and operation specifications in accordance with the projects designs and technical requirements.
