Cold Store logistics center providing “ONE STOP” business solution to address the growing needs of temperature-controlled storage facilities in Dubai.

The logistics center facilitates storage of all kinds of food & specialized products with 6000 pallets positions under controlled temperatures ranging from +10° to -25° Celsius. This is a 3PL & 4PL service provider

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics
• Having excellent knowledge in ATMS Warehouse Management. (Associate with SAP)
• Receiving shipments and properly maintained on the racks
• Checking shipments as per invoice and packing list
• Making entry for shipments into receiving location in ATMS.
• Making GRN entry as per shipment received
• Making Delivery Note as per goods dispatch.
• Maintained 5 helpers to pick and pack goods as per orders.
• Responsible to check and maintain all materials & equipment at store
• Prepare the Daily & Monthly report for stock order
• Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, competently and gracefully under pressure, ensuring both the company and client needs and requirements met.

Job involves of overall Outbound & Inbound Logistic activity from Plant Domestic and International (i.e. Documentation related to Pre-shipment and Post shipment).

Communication with Clients, Shipping Lines, Transporters, to strengthen client support.

Providing appropriate level of Logistics for maximization of customer values.

Handling all documentation related to movement of cargo including Bill of Lading, Shippers Export declarations, and various export certificates, Permits.

Generating storage and transaction reports to provide an up-to-date view on the daily happenings to the customers.

Intra-Department Coordination, packaging, transporting & reconciling all incoming & outgoing product.

WORK TOOLS:- MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES ‘SCALE' (Supply chain architected for logistics execution) Excel, Word, Power Point, Lotus notes.
