• Analyze trading KPIs and provide weekly updates to the division heads and go through the results with the retail team manager for action plans at weekly trade meetings.
• Managing buy’s for my brands twice a year-Spring Summer & Autumn Winter. Dealing with Host Brand for Seasonal buys, negotiate prices & delivery time scales. Also preparing buying analysis reports like Sellouts, size analysis & stock covers on current stock for better understanding while buying.
• Preparing seasonal launch plans & deciding key products for Marketing & VM.
• Decide retail prices for new options based on brand mark-ups.
• Assist with Business Plan phasing by day for the year & re-forecasting sales & margin when needed.
• Handling 27 stores across Middle East. Regularly visiting stores for handling store queries, to check the visual display standard and to know competitor's promotion, pricing and their merchandise.
• Analyzing stock/sales reports to determine best sellers, slow sellers, stock levels, cover and sales margin.
• Implementing seasonal markdowns, assessing margin implications and performance with an aim to maximize the liquidation of stocks within the seasonal period.
• Reviewing stock covers for Continuity/Never out of Stock Lines and placing orders based on seasonal OTBs. Also highlighting non-selling options to the operations/store teams and recommend ways to do better up-selling of those products.
• Selecting options for Ecomm website, downloading images and filling the Ecomm template to get the products updated online.
• Coaching & training team about the brand’s business structure. Supervise their activities & delegating tasks based on job KPIs.
• Setting weekly forecasts of stock intakes and outbound from warehouses to stores based on Events/promotions, Budgeted Sales & current market trend.
• Preparing stock clearance reports & this year vs last year performance trackers at store level to analyze the performance during any sales or promotional events.
• Tracking & maintaining the shipment tracker for all our DC’s in Bahrain, KSA, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan & Egypt. Also ensuring that all the planned seasonal stocks are dispatched from the supplier in time to avoid any business loss opportunity.
• Closely monitoring the movement of the stock from DC to stores ensuring no discrepancies happen between the ordered stock that was dispatched from the warehouse to the stores and the stock that is received in the stores.
• Coordinating with respective shipping teams to get the shipments cleared at the customs port and getting it delivered to their respective DC’s.
• Preparing Daily Sales tracker for all the trading markets & issuing it to the Management & Operations team.
• Reviewing the DC Stock Holding Capacity vs the actual DC stock and also reviewing the aged stock in DCs to get it pushed out to the stores.
• Request Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for providing the Quotations.
• Preparing and reviewing the Tender documents before getting it approved from the management.
• Ensuring all the required materials are supplied to the Sub-Contractors.
• Preparing correspondences and documents from digital dictation.
• Screening calls and taking messages.
• Assist the Manager in the compilation of Contracts and Service Agreements ensuring that all documents are accurate in completion.
