Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, and reporting systems ensuring smooth implementation of the project. Preparing baseline work programs using Primavera (P6) identifying durations required for each activity and their sequences.
Identifying critical milestones between various disciplines of the construction project.
Preparing Manpower Histograms, Cash Flow, S-Curve Critical Indicators.
Comparing the Actual Vs. Planned progress of the project and monitor closely each process of the project in co-ordination with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure that the plan is on proper schedule and highlight areas to be reprioritized and resource requirements for recovering lags or delays, if any Reviewing sub contractors’ work programs and monitoring their work progress and advising them as necessary to avoid any delays.
Assess delay programs presented by the Sub Contractor and provide inputs to the Management
Fully anticipate and interpret the demands of the project in terms of labor, materials, equipment as well as technical challenges.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Extra work claims, Analyzing rates with price fluctuation, Rate breakdown preparation for extra works
Prioritize workload as required to meet the fluctuating demands of the contract
Prepare claim narratives and substantiation and prolongation of acceleration costs incurred, if any.
Ensure clear understanding and adherence with planning procedures, standards and objectives of the organization.
