Over All Duties & Job Responsibilities:
 Active participation of all kind of project stages from conception to production. It includes
project planning, design, scheduling, Costing control, co-ordination & manufacturing.
 Review all preliminary reports including advance planning studies for the project and
developing general plan
 Assist and support project managers with planning, management and control of project
scope, schedule and budget including tracking and reporting
 Research products technologies and methods for potential use on projects and document
findings
 Go through the client requirement and their actual needs
 Continuous technical support to customers, business development managers and
manufacturing departments
 Costing /estimation of certain projects based on material cost, manufacturing cost, erection
cost, consumable cost and after that preparing the final quotations
 Manage the delivery of supporting functions necessary to smooth running of the projects
 Proto type manufacture, purchasing, R&D, Quality Plans, Production Engineering, 2d
Drawing, Tool Design, Manufacture and development
 Controlling the flow of materials from the purchase and store departments, strictly based on
project requirements
 Make sure that a very healthy relationship to all the workers and try to get maximum
output from them in working hours

 Maintain a continuous flow of production trough out the working hours
 Coordinate weekly meeting with production head, management and sales head
 Check the estimated time and actual production time based on daily production reports
 Chose necessary actions when the production rate getting down with the help of production
tools
 Effective communications with management in every important steps of projects
 Review the general plan estimates and completed plan estimates makes report based on
that
 Follow up the site installation/erections
 Assist with over all overall project documentation and reporting
 Review and close analysis of completed projects in each and every steps
