• Responsible for the delivery of 10 mosques Site Development including Asphalt work. Project No: PIC G-1621J in Yanbu for, valued at SAR. 474 million.
• Lead in the delivery and execution of the project (in association with Saudi Aramco \[PMT\] & Zuhair Fayez Architectural & Engineering \[PMC\]) valued at SAR. 650 million involving Cast & Situ and Precast Structure Security Head Quarter Building, Construction of K9 Building, 4 No's Security Gates Cast I Situ & Precast Cladded including boundary wall of the project Pump Rooms, Lift Station, Infra-Structure- Power, Communication, Potable Water, Sewer, Storm Drainage, Irrigation, Road Network, Landscape, and Hardscape.
• Carried out the mobilization of the project as per the contract requirement including (preparing temporary fences, laydown area, site offices, stores etc.).
• Managed all project plans including (Project schedule, Quality, safety, fire protection, first, aid, and ITP).
• Managed the materials submittal for the all-such as long-lead and non-long lead materials which will be used at the project to get consultant/client approvals, especially long-lead items.
• Lead my team in formulating the project plans which included scope, time, cost, quality, risks, resources, communication, and procurement.
• Deeply studied the contract documents & drawings and issue of requisitions for quantity survey elaboration of materials and labor cost, engineering and supervision cost, and identification of sub-contracted works with their values.
• Oversee establishment of the Construction Management Plan, Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
• Managed superintendents, engineers/inspectors on assigned projects.
• Devised and executed actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Managed and achieved 9, 000, 00 safe team man-hours.
• Lead in the Execution of concrete, precast, marble & stone cladding on the "MASSA" Extension of Holy Mosque at Makkah & Medina Harem Piazza Shading Project.
• The project included finishing all buildings & precast works & all external works.
• Monitored the progress and completion of projects through their development lifecycle to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the project.
• Attended site progress and help of managing coordination meetings
• Prepared weekly coordination & progress meetings for sites.
• Prepared weekly progress plan for execution according to the approved baseline.
• Prepared and followed up daily construction schedule and reviewed labor allocation sheet as prepared by the Site Engineer / Foreman.
• Reported to Project Manager for the following (Progress/ Labor Production / Labor, materials and machinery requirements).
• Recorded all inspections and test results.
• Submitted inquiries, inspection requests, and method of statements to the consultant.
• Performed random checking for store and materials received.
• Reviewed the monthly executed qualities on site for payment purposes.
