I was managing IT Infrastructure and all day to day operations of the Head office of the company. I was actively involved in policy and IT implementation of every subsidiary company effectively. I had joined the company at the correct time of implementing a large company resort project constructed. The company was already in technical agreement to implement a complete infrastructure with a company where I played a role to present the company with an alternative proposal of complete installation which was approved by the kempinski hotel management company and I was included in the pre-opening team of this resort. In 2006 Kempinsk Julai’ai Hotel and Resort ceased their management contract but the resort continued its operation independently known today Seashell Julai’a Hotel and Resort.

I was fully in charge to control all IT implementation in the resort and completed until IT was deputed by the management company
I was also appointed IT manager for the Seashell Julai’a Hotel and Resort where I undertook the task for taking the handover from the Kempinski hotel management company. . I supervised the complete day to day operations of the resort. I was pivotal in creating various up-graded reports for the resort which was implemented in the resort with the approval of the Head Office.

This is a multi-facet company with multiple operations. Graphic designing and Web Application Development & Internet browsing center spread across the city

 I created a network of Graphic workstation to deliver cutting edge printing technology pre-production.
 I developed and created a network of graphic workstations and maintained cutting edge application implementation to deliver high quality pre-print processing in the printing industry.
 I planned, designed and implemented a network of 20 workstations in each of the company browsing and cyber center managed in the city

I worked with the company for a year and was in-charge of the computer Department which was involved in carving on the wooden panels of Qatar Palace - Al-Wajbah Complex


Selected Accomplishments:
 I was the lead Analyst to implement and operate the NC (Numeric controller) machine import from CMS Italy.
 I was in charge of generating programs for the numeric controller from AutoCAD Palace designs created by Kofra - France. I was the only person proficient in delivering the requirements for the project
 I planned, designed and implemented a the operations for the Numeric controller

It was a subsidiary of an American company Gemini Systems - Illinois contracting to large oil and power companies

Selected Accomplishments:
 We contractors and were trained by the original company to maintain and troubleshoot on the software development platform for any operational bugs in the programming we use to face.
 The software was a package, let the PC to emulate as a dump Leeds and Northrop mainframe in the network and present the power distribution data graphs for the SCADA systems.
