Responsible for:
- accounts management,
- loans (all types)
- following up due unpaid
- following up customer complaints and needs
- performing outgoing and inward transfer
- all kinds of non-cash operations
- reaching the annual sales budget
- many other reposibilities
Worked in the bank as a student inter at the Counter and in the Customer Servise Department. The objective was to learn how the operations and sevices in a bank are performed. With time, I was allowed to work directly with customers depending on the importance of each operation/transaction.
Inside the office: filing, preparing PR's and PO's, printing, contacting supplier companies via telephone, fax, or e-mail and following up on that.
Ouside the office: delivering the purchased goods to end users around the university campus.
