Deals with Designing of Switchgear Products
Job Role:
1. Preparing Tender Documents Submission with the help of PTS.
2. Estimating the Quantities.
2. Receiving Quotation of relevant standard Materials.
3. Cost Finalization
4..Procurement of Material by SEC & ARAMCO procedure.
1. Tender Stage: Preparation of BOM, GTP, Costing Sheet, G.A Drawings according to the Requirement of Customer & held with specification given to us. Sending the BOM, GTP, G.A Drawings and our Relevant Price to quote the Tender.
2. Order Stage: After the Tender has been quoted, Preparing & sending the, BOM & GA Drawings to get Approval by the customer. If it is necessary, documents physically carried out & explained to the customers, get to be Approval.
3. Internal Documents: After getting approval by the customer, then after preparing & releasing Documents like BOM, Purchase Indent, PCL, PL, G.A, and Instrument Door for Production.
Honoured with: 1. Elected as a Class Representative for academic years of 2007, 08, 09 unanimous 2. I was the Secretary in EEE Department for the three years in our Institution 3. I was an Event organizer in all Cultural and Technical programs at college level for the academic years of 2009, 10, 11 consecutively. 4. I was an active member in Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). Social Worker: 1. I was a Coordinator of AIDS and CANCER awareness programs. 2. Donated Blood in Event Camps and Volunteer in National Green Crop (NGC).
