• Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with the consultants and contractors and keep visiting them in regular basis.
• Responsible for supporting the sales manager and the sales team as well
• Responsible for ensuring complete co-ordination with factory to ensure minimum problems and full co-ordination of all orders executions
• Follow up of all orders and to make sure to be delivered at the required time
• Responsible for stock and unitary products
• Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly target
• Responsible for execution of sales plan agreed for the year
• Responsible for recording and reporting requirements as established at SKM.
• Responsible for providing necessary feedback on competitors pricing and products and availability in the market place.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Searching for new markets and comparing products with competitors.
• Good communication with customers and to make sure customer satisfaction
• Making technical selection software. (visual AHU, FCUs, Packaged units, 100% fresh air units, split units and DX - CW coils)
• Helping in the design of custom-made products.
• Provide seminars for customers and site visits
• To solve the problems that facing customer and to offer after-sales support services
• Administering client accounts and Analyzing costs and sales
• Participating in Expos and exhibitions
• Negotiating Orders at acceptable margins and commercial and technical terms.
• Following through LC’s and ensure secure payment terms and timely debt collection.
• To Monitor competition and report any changes / new information in the market / territory
