Provide engineering support and coverage to a defined group of designers, both consulting
engineers and focused customers, to gain specifications, through providing a value
engineering service.
▪ Provide technical support and training to Hilti Team and customers, to ensure the delivery of a
high-quality engineering support service at all times.
▪ Produce all records and reports to the required standard and in a timely manner
Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
▪ Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all Prospects.
▪ Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
▪Administer implementations and monitoring the mechanical work in the site.
▪Coordination with consultants for site instructions and inspections.
▪Estimating material quantities, and preparation of built drawings.
▪Collaborate with other engineers in providing technical solutions for all manpower on site.
▪Submit daily site reports and inspection request.
