- Make Reservations and cancellations for guests over the phone, by letter, fax, or email and face to face.
- Allocate rooms and hand out keys to guests or porters.
- Taking and passing messages.
- Handling foreign, exchange.
- Compiling guests’ bills and taking payments.
- Ordering rooms service and ordering taxis for guests.
- Manage the guest record in police system/CID.
- Enter the required guest information along with a scanned passport copy in the CID report system immediately after the guest checked-in.
- Remove all guest entries from the CID Report system once the guest has departed from the hotel.
- Keep records of passport copies of regular guests.
- Print a Guest-In-House Report at the end of each shift and balance against the CID Report system.
-Collect data and identify sources
-Statistical design forms a scientific manner to achieve the desired goal and encoded form
- Data entry in the computer
-Display statistical data table or statement
- Arrange visa (work permit, husband sponsored visa, visit visa tec.) for expatriates and their family.
- Schedule staffs visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
- Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
- Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
- Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
- Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
- Provide admin support as needed.
