•Working at Upgrade of KAA Range Complex Project in Riyadh ( 115 M SR ) with several positions:
1.Construction Manager (10th of November 2014 to date).
-Ensured smooth and efficient execution of the construction plan up until the end of activity.
-Coordinated construction stages, resources and equipment availability and quality assurance, acting as liaison among subcontractors and company executives
-Supervise the work of engaged persons through continuous communication.
-Coordinate construction scheduling and implementation, proactively monitoring bidding, sub-contracting and progress analysis
-Make quality checks at each stage of the construction process and provide feedback.
-Ensure site safety and compliance of sites to safety policies.
-Maintain cost estimates for all discipline of the project.
2.Civil QC Engineer (from December 30-2013 to November 09-2014).
-Supervision and monitoring the project quality and supporting site supervisors with planning and consulting on the fields.
-Prepare inspection request (IR) and material inspection request (MIR), and supervise the tests related to the task.
-Prepare non conformance reports (NCR) to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
-Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
-Implementing project’s shop drawings and ensure they are complying with specifications and contract requirements.
-Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations.
•Project Engineer at Project of Construction of Air Defense & Military Police Battalions (240 M SR) Located at National Guard - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
Brief description:
-Carried out structural works (substructure and superstructure), leading and managing the work groups with high ability of reading and implementation of shop drawings and with great engineering sense.
-Supervision of infrastructure works (sewer networks, domestic water networks, electrical networks and roads).
-Implementation of finishing works.
•Project Engineer at Club House Project (50 M SR) at National Guard - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.
