Reverse engineering, Design of machine elements, Design for ergonomic and safety.
QC on the machines manufacturing at the company’s workshop.
Supervision on the projects erection/installation at site.
Achievements
- 2000 Liter Paint Mixer: Sealed mixer and a tank was made to keep Volatile substances from reacting with air and Oxygen.
- Cement Lump Breaker: The Lump Breaker used to shred large lumps of material.
The machine can handle semi hard, soft, sticky and wet materials and has a high capacity.
- Nylon Bags Sealer Machine: Simi manual machine, used for sealing nylon bags through electrical heaters.
