• Carrying out daily accounting work from financial check-in

• Ensure that the safe matches what is posted to the consignment ledger

• Make monthly reports by preparing and classifying the category of auditors according to the category of auditors
• Make monthly reports for each of the general, dental, family, women's and children's clinics
• Follow-up of the daily work hours of the employees, such as departures, vacations, coverage in other places, working time and departure time
• Follow up of mail from incoming and outgoing daily

• Daily sales reports and petty cash controls
• Review AP and AR works and reports of AP and AR team to ensure compliance with Masdar requirements.
• Manage AP and AR in line with agreed SLAs.
• Review invoice approval status and ensure processing timelines are being managed.
• Review month end AP and AR reports - reconciliation and ageing and follow up where required.
• Review and advice as appropriate on ad-hoc invoice and payment matters
