Duties & Responsibilities:
 Preparation & Submission of Bidding documents including priced BOQ for Villa projects, steel projects, road projects, landscaping projects, residential and commercial buildings.
 Collaborate with engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy.
 Involved in drafting, reviewing, negotiating & finalizing varies type of contracts (i.e., construction contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, sales & purchase agreements, rental agreements, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, bid, advance and performance guarantees, LOI/ LOA, MOU, etc.)
 Attended meetings for pre tender clarification, negotiation meeting working out most possible price analysis.
 Take off measurements for pre tendering work & post contract work. (Including Reinforcement, ID, Landscape, Structural, Architectural and etc.)
 Review tender documents to ensure that all the documents and information’s are provided.
 Studies work as mentioned in the tendering document by carefully reading plans in conjunction with specifications, BOQ and tender and contractual requirements for a complete understanding of the Project scope.
 Reviews tender documents, proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work
 Attending the site visit in order to study site existing conditions and utilities connections.
 Raise the Queries to Client / Consultant against Specifications, BOQ and Drawings if any discrepancies.
 Identifying for different Vendors / Manufactures & Subcontractors locally & internationally to fulfill the Actual requirements within the required timeframe.
 Floating Enquiries (RFQ) to different Vendors / Subcontractors and arranging the Offer / Quotation.
 Work together with the team members to establish the technical and commercial comparisons for the subcontract works based on the received quotations.
 Preparation and compilation of tender documents and submittal to client at specified submission time.
