• Lead a team to construct a big specialized hospital (500 bed) from design stage to finalize the project.

• Responsible for proper execution of all site activities as per the -Time schedule and specifications and in the most economical Ways and make the best use of time, equipment and staff to Ensure full compliance within the contract requirements.

• Close co-ordinate with the client and the execution team to consistently monitor and control the overall progress and Take Necessary actions & timely decisions.

I'm playing as a project manager for Specialized Medical Center (600 Beds) - King Abd alaziz Hospital -Alahsa - Saudia Arabia).
my responsibilities and duties are as following:-
-Oversee company's stated task from original concept through to its implementation.

-Take into consideration deadlines, budget, personnel and all clients' requirement

-Development an effective plan, creating project schedules that take into account all stages of the plan and establishing deadlines to submit to client.

-Lead an effective team that meets the organizational goals.

-Supervise the team and delegate tasks to members as well as check the status of each task on a regular basis through scheduled weekly meetings to evaluate goals and progress, assess project member progress and review status updates.

-Provide the most accurate and successful proposal to achieve an organization's objectives and goals through observing the project's milestone, following all stages to its strategy and design, managing unexpected changes to the project, taking action to specific guidelines to other companies' policies and procedures, trouble- shooting, and being the decision - maker on unanticipated issues or concerns.

-Have excellent communication skills to successfully interact with contractors, personnel, resources and client to guarantee that the project will be completed on time and on budget.

I'm playing as a project manager for Jizan Specialized Hospital (500 Beds ) -Jizan - Saudia Arabia).

my responsibilities and duties are as following:-
• Lead a team to construct a big specialized hospital (500 bed) from design stage to finalize the project.

-Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for project, and Inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications construction and safety standards.

-Directs construction and maintenance activities at project site.

-Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents

-Carry out daily inspections with the contractor to satisfy himself that the works are
Being carried out to the highest levels ES&H Requirements.

-Monitor the works to verify compliance with relevant drawings and Specifications

-Record non-conformances, accept satisfactory work and raise Punch list items

-Monitor progress against the accepted schedule.

-Review of contractor’s method statements & Inspection Test Plan (M.S & ITP)

-Monitor contractor’s plant & manpower usage.

-Verify that the work are being carried in accordance with the Accepted method statements, Report any non-conformance (NCR)

-Conduct interface meeting to solve any problems between contractors.

-Interact daily with the contractor’s site engineers.

-Analyze productivity & quality & produce relevant metrics to Demonstrate performance.

-Responsible for inspection of works, ensuring all site activities as per the contract drawings and specifications & comply with QA / QC and safety requirements.

I worked in many important petroleum projects in Egypt such as Alexandria for Mineral Oil Company (AMOC) & Spies Factory in 10th Ramadan City. my responsibilities and duties were as following:-
-Execute construction projects on basis of very high quality Requirements.

-Administer & organize a large work force and major sub Contractors.

-Ensure delivery on-time, within budget, and to full client Satisfaction.

-Handle technical problems and provide a sound resolution as needed.

-Execute construction projects on basis of very high quality Reqs.

-Execution & Completion all of under - Ground works such as Catch Basins, Manholes, Closed Drains & Electrical Duct Banks, all of Civil Works for important buildings Such as Cock Chamber, Heater, Tanks, Vessels & Cable Trench, all of Steel works such as steel stairs, Pipe Lines supports, Tank’s work & Pipe Rack works, all of reinforced concrete Foundations for electrical Pumps with its anchor boltes.
, all of Electrical Cathodic Point for all Str. in all units, all of anchor bolts, angles & plates works For all necessary members in different structure, all of pipe rack supports & Completion all of required pavement layers on all areas.

I were playing as a Structure Analysis civil engineer .
my responsibilities and duties were as following:-
-Execution & Completion structural design for different multistory buildings.

-Remediation & Redesign many of old buildings.

-Studying & Verification all of tourism villages design drawings.

-Execution & Completion all of Surveying works such as correcting all levels & determining pipe line path through sea, all of Sleepers Foundations which are
Necessary for carrying covered pipes during welding period, reinforced concrete cover around steel pipe. all of Laboratory checking on Concrete cubes, all of welding joints which are Necessary For completion pipe lines in preparation of Dragging into the sea.
