Responsibilities
• Manage the project dealing with all aspects of planning, scheduling, mobilization of resources and supervision of works at site ensuring achievement of project objectives.
• Develop and supervise implementation of project plans and schedules, create workflows based on schedule and ensure execution on time to deliver deadlines.
• Supervise preparation of technical deliverables including drawings, material submittals, method statements, quality and safety plans and follow up with client and consultants for on time approvals.
• Review bills of quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications for the project, conduct price analysis and prepare cost estimates for required materials.
• Coordinate the procurement of required materials and subcontracts ensuring achievement of best prices and terms for cost effective project delivery.
• Assess requirements for resources - manpower, equipment and materials - and monitor on time availability and optimum utilization across project cycle.
• Supervise and monitor all site construction activities ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, methods, quality and safety parameters.
• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors and vendors to review progress, identify and resolve technical and commercial issues related to the project.
• Conduct regular project reviews with team members, identify variances from schedules and budgets and implement effective corrective and improvement plans.
• Maintain all required project documentation and produce management reports highlighting progress and status as well as potential risks and concerns.
Responsibilities
• Administered the Project Management Office for projects related to rehabilitation of school buildings in the Al Bahah region.
• Supervised the planning and execution of works including soil injection, strengthening of foundations and revamping of building structures and interiors.
• Coordinated assessment of condition of school buildings, determination of scope of work, preparation of tender specifications, bills of quantities, price estimates for required rehabilitation works.
• Managed tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation and award of contracts and supervised all works ensuring completion on time, within budget meeting scope, specification, quality and safety requirements.
• Liaised with contractors ensuring on time availability of technical submittals like drawings, material statements and method statements, approvals, mobilization of resources and efficient project execution.
• Worked closely with various departments, consultants, vendors and contractors ensuring achievement of all project deadlines and outcomes.
