I was the General Manger ( Levant Area) of Nandos' " south African chicken restaurant concept"
I was managing and operating 5 outlets (restaurants) and a central kitchen, focusing on the implementation and follow up of the Transformation roadmap with dedication to the restructuring growth and opening new branches
Manage and supervise all the company’s operational and managerial functions and activities, and ensure their alignment and compliance with the company’s growth strategy (including investments to ensure that it meets its business objectives and contributes to the financial success of the company). I was managing 5 commercial outlets and a factory. Supervising and directing 75 employees with all the relevant duties ( Planning - Coordinating - Purchasing - Marketing - Monitoring - Controlling - Training forecasting - .....)
I have been part of the management team who contributed in the successful growth and infrastructure development of the company, joined the real start- up of the franchise dept. launching its business growth to achieve its current market position as leaders in their field.
