In 1st Sep 2018, I have joined 3FO Brokers Dubai as a Chartering Manager responsible for OSV’s chartering duties and
clients’ needs for middle east operation with Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and all GCC countries. Our work is to cover the
substitution vessels / purchasing and selling vessels / and to provide suitable vessels matching the client’s requirements
technically and operationally with acceptable competitive prices as well. My duties and responsibilities as follows:
1- Market Survey and Market study with complete market analysis for the OSV in GCC / Middle East.
2- Developing long term relationships with the shipowners.
3- Understanding the market demand and prepare a forecasting plan for the OSV market based on the new upstream
projects.
4- Market intelligent and market prices estimation for the OSV in Middle East / GCC
5- Clients Satisfaction and networking related to the clients and the end users.
6- Inspiring new business opportunity.
7- Bid and Tenders preparation.
8- Contracts preparation and terms / conditions negotiations.
9- Claims, Invoicing, and back charges.
10- Sell and purchase agreements “MOA - Memorandum Of Agreement”.
11- Attend conferences / trade shows as approved by Corporate and regularly update on market intelligence.

Commercial & Contracts Manager في Marine Master Offshore Services

1- Analyse the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
2- Quantify the risk value and be able to provide mitigating contractual language / article project related solutions to minimize the risk.
3- Successfully negotiate contracts with customers with compelling arguments.
4- Safeguard company’s contract objectives.
5- Manage and coordinate (at headquarter/site Company Level) contract administration activities, providing contract administration resources to bids and projects, ensuring that all aspects of the contract during the bidding and execution phase are addressed with the objective of contributing to maximize project revenues.
6- Assist with the bid handover and booking process and ensure that the necessary commercial information is understood and disseminated to the extended project team.
7- Establish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirements.
8- Ensure compliance with the project specific contractual administration requirements.
9- Provide advice, assistance and guidance to management, project managers and functions on project specific contractual matters.
10- Manage the ITO (Order to Inquiry) milestones and invoicing to ensure that the project maintains the best possible free cash flow.
11- Assist ITO Leader with key contract negotiations during bidding phase
12- Ensure commercial risks are identified and managed across the project scopes of work by controlling the overall project risk and opportunity review and reporting process.
13- Support periodic client and internal reporting and performance presentations.
14- Support the formulation and negotiation of project contractual claims and counter claims.
15- Support the handover process to the base organization at project completion.
16- Assisting the Project Manager with weekly and monthly reporting - both internally and externally - with regards to Variations and other commercial matters

Assistant Commercial Manager for Offshore Services في Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services

1- Assist the commercial manager in Managing and leading Commercial Department Personnel and training them in order to achieve the company vision and mission that RVOS is looking for.
2- Ability to understand all RVOS departments workflow and write the monthly report to the General Manager.
3- Controlling RVOS Charges and back Charges for 3rd party and the client invoicing procedure.
4- RVOS fleet management, planning, Movements and Utilization.
5- RVOS Contracts and agreements “write; review, and approve”
6- Specialist in Saudi Aramco Marine Contracts for Offshore Supply Vessel “OSV”
7- RVOS rep for our clients.
8- Preparing for all the requirements are needed for tendering.
9- Ability in committing with Saudi Aramco Marine Department process and workflow procedure including invoicing team “SAIT”, vessels acceptance team “SAVAT”, quality assurance and quality control team “SAQAQCT”, contracts team “SACT” and vessels inspection team “SAVIT”.
10- Reviewing the vessels “OSV” technical specs and take the decision if they are matching the client requirements or not.
11- The focal point between RVOS departments and RVOS finance department to save RVOS interest and assisting in managing the cash flow and RVOS yearly budget.
12- Securing proper vessels as a 3rd party from the market for RVOS new projects & securing charterer for RVOS vessels in case of availability for them.

Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services (October 2012 - June 2014)
• Duties and Responsibilities:
Technically, I worked in Tanajib Facility for 1 Year and I’m familiar with our Fleet in:
1- Vessels Specs and Machinery, Wheelhouse equipment, Engine room & Deck Area.
2- Tanks Capacities, Draft re-assignment and the relation between the Draft and Deadweight (Vessel Stability)
3- Vessels PMS and Engine Overall Maintenance.
4- Differences between Non-DP vessels, DP1 Vessel & DP2 vessels (DP System, DP reference System, Foot Print & DP analysis)
5- Differences between AHTSS & PSV vessels.
6- ASD propulsion system & Stern Thruster.
7- Lube Oil Lubrication analysis (SOS)
8- Mud & Mud Circulation Pumps.
9- Normal Doppler and Doppler with Current Speed.
10- Conducted Dry Dock Schedule in Bahrain (ASRY) and in Dammam Shipyard for our vessels during schedule of maintenance and installation for FRC’s & Doppler with Current Speed (D-60)
11- Conducted Pre - On Hire inspection & Bollard Pull Test for our fleet.
12- H2S calibration system (coordinating with suppliers and conducting the calibration as well)
13- Reading & Understanding of Vessel DPR & Vessel Monthly Report.
14- Familiar with ISM /ISPS audit & SOLAS requirements.
15- Assist in preparing an OVAID inspection and questioner.

• My Current duties as Offshore Support Engineer
1- Marine Contracts Specialist (Especially for Saudi Aramco), understanding for all the client’s Requirements and the Terms / Conditions in Technical, Crewing & operational sections.
2- Client’s Invoicing Procedure, Claims & back charges.
3- 3rd Party Vessels Chartering, Preparing and reviewing the CPA between RVOS & Owner(s), conducting the Pre-on Hire Inspection for RVOS with our Port Captain & Port Engineer / On Hire & Off Hire certificates (vessel’s ROB) / Saudi Aramco Provisional acceptance / final acceptance procedure.
4- 3rd Party Owner(s) charge / back charge terms and conditions.
5- Fleet Management & Utilization.
6- Tendering & Bidding (Job X - Meeting, Preparing, Pricing, Submission, Technical / Commercial Clarification, & Awarding procedures)
7- Company’s Action Plan for our clients regarding any Technical & Safety breakdowns with ETC.

8- Company’s Fleet Technical Check List (Defect List) with Current Deduction and follow up with RVOS team and supplier(s) / 3rd party to close the defects, and to be reported to Saudi Aramco in order to increase our performance and improve our services for Saudi Aramco.
9- Company’s Yearly Budget Assisting.
11- on hire / pre on hire inspections for the vessels
