Achieving company’s sales target by managing the project to successful completion and increasing the
market share.
Main Job Duties:
• Planning, attending and managing technical/commercial meeting with clients/consultant and negotiating
projects contract terms and condition.
• Developing and implementing resources management solutions that allows the company to achieve the targets and deadlines.
• Collaborating with the sales executives to put together forecasts reports and presentations for sales projects.
• Providing the support in the preparation of quotations, estimations, order processing and production of industrial machinery business at international level.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements with all functional departments.
• Interacting and building strong relationships with the customers and consultants of the region.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Guide technical activities and providing technical reports within a given time frame to ensure proposals, projects, and customer’s needs are satisfied.

Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
Main Job Duties:
•Review tender inquiries and project documents to prepare cost estimates and commercial bids for the company.
•Prepare technical proposal documents, equipment schedule, product design, work procedures and other related reports.
•Interpret and follow company-tendering procedures to ensure all aspects of tender are met including relevant discipline codes and standards.
•Build relationships and liaise with customers/clients and suppliers, and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications.
•Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
•Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
