•Managing and controlling site acceptance/handover related activates (outdoor & indoor).
•Acting as a SPOC for Huawei acceptance department.
•Play a major role in Zain Reload project, in terms of managing, controlling & ensuring the
project progress compliancy with the agreed plan & KPI’s.
•Project documents preparation, verification & validation (BoQ, SAF, TD, PAT documents,
As-Built, etc.)
•Prepare and maintain timely and accurate project status reports (daily, weekly and
monthly) along with the process evaluation report and work plan.
•Insure Huawei work standards are properly delivered to the project stakeholders.
•Involved in projects close-out.
•Conduct audits & project quality assurance in terms of BoQ, SAF & PO compliancy.
•Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
•Insure the document distribution by Transmittal System as per document distribution
matrix for hard copy and Electronic Document Transfer (EDT).
•Plans and monitors delivery phase of project.
•Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
•Administering the project budget by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and
monitoring receivables.
•Manage prepare project status & progress reports.
•Manage project resources to get the contractual KPIs.
•Reviewing the documented requirements of the project.
•Coordinating with Project Coordinators &team members of different locations.
•Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project to ensure timely comple-
tion.
•Supervised the sites survey activities and preparing work plans for each team
on weekly basis.
•Leading and coordinating with up to 6 project teams.
•Held meetings with Mobily representatives & management in order to share and
discuss the implementation progress on weekly basis.
•Supervised the implementation phase, acceptance, PAT & Pre-PAT.
•Managing and distributing the schedules of the clean-up activities.
•Involved in the project invoicing processes.
•Generate various technical documents and progress reports.
•Involved in the sites acquisition and site survey.
•Conduct Walk Tests (WT) and Propagation Tests.
•Selection of antenna positions and measuring the feeder’s route.
•Performing system design, link budget analysis (2G & 3G) and BOQ.
•Supervising the implementation phase and follow-up with the subcontractors.
•Perform quality assurance inspection for the newly implemented sites.
•Site work finalization and preparation for PAT with the necessary documents.
•Generate various technical reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
