• Over 5 Plus years of experience in the Networking (Routing, Switching) field including ISP.
• Hands own experience in Cisco wireless network (Cisco wireless LAN controller &Cisco prime.)
• Good understanding of networking hardware and software including Cisco Routers, Switches, (Routers:-ASR 1000 series, 7600, 7200, 3600, 2800, 1800. Switches:-Nexsus 7K, 5K, 2K, 6500-VSS, 3750 stack, 3560, 2950, MX240, MX480, MX960) terminal devices and protocols.
• Strong hands-on experience in different Network Topologies ISDN and wi-max, V-sat, Gpon and expert in advanced routing and switching technologies RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
• Sound Experience in Network Operation Center (NOC) in line with ITIL Standards to deliver the Valued services incorporate with Internal and External SLA
• Experienced in co coordinating with TAC and RMA process
• Ability to understand, perform and document logical trouble-shooting steps to isolate and resolve network problems.
• Ability to work quickly and able to change direction as priorities change.
• Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in using NMS like Solarwinds, OSS, Cacti, Device expert, Netscout and BMC-Remedy ticketing system, also experienced in network documentation.
• Working knowledge of various PC operating systems (Windows2000, Windows7, XP, and Windows 2003).
Completed my B.tech Information Technology from university college of engineering under Kerala university .
