1) Customer service through online banking / Phone, get customer problems solve and keep good feed back.
2) Handling the problems efficient and fast absorbing customer anger.
3) Mange with the bank staff to act as one team and direct the customer to the concerned department.
5) Work on promoting bank Facilities and alternative channels.
6) Respond to customer inquiry through online, through emails or call outbound.
7) Provide after sales services.
8) Do the Admin work for Credit Card (CNCT) report calling customers and confirming the transaction assisting fraud guard team.
