Duties and functions exposed to during the aforementioned period:
•Demand Planning:
•Perform FG stock cover planning in compliance with optimal stock level targets.
•Setting the number of couriers required to cover the order forecast for current and future territories.
•Communicate weekly production schedule to meet market demand.
•Conduct weekly meetings with Sales department to discuss special requirement and needs for more agile planning
•Arrange routine meetings with production team to update current output and efficiency for more relevant planning
•Material Planning :
•Optimize replenishment plan for raw and packaging material over an 18-month period that meets production demands whilst achieving working capital targets.
•Simulate different courier payment schemes scenarios (Surcharge, Base-Fare & Bonus) to achieve the set targets for both Performance & Cost.
•Schedule in-house R&P production based on FG demand.
•Warehousing & Logistics:
•Drive cost saving initiatives to improve the performance and efficiency in the SC (OPEX).
•Implement, monitor and manage Safety, Health and Environment in the SC.
•Organize loading/unloading operation to drive performance and output.


•Set adequate target values for warehousing service and cost KPIs.
•Ensure that the SC practices are aligned with affiliate’s factories and in accordance with Nestle standards.

Duties and functions exposed to during the aforementioned period:

•Monitor couriers’ delivery performance, fuel and scanner usage.

•Monitor and control the quality of service in terms of transit times & pick-up performance to ensure timely handling and processing of shipments to customers.

•Ensure all couriers implement Aramex quality of service standards and procedures.
