Managing and developing existing HILTI key account.
Lead and influence a 15-account manager and successfully begin development of key account in term of sales and payment collection
Leading and opportunities are identified by me and passed to the account manager (sales team), to maximize the revenue and achieve growth.
Deliver the revenue target for my area working in conjunction with the sales team.
Drawing the road map and sales strategy for the key accounts and deliver it to account manager and sales team
*Develop a strong understanding of brand foundational tools and ensure the relevance of the brand’s
identity, essence, vision, mission, and core values.
*Obsess over consumers’ enduring motivations, cultural context, and the business landscape; leverages
marketplace data and trends to more deeply understand behavioral drivers of the brand’s consumer or a particular consumer segment.
*Manage projects on time and on budget as well as exhibits decision-making abilities around investment alternatives that mitigate risk and maximize return.
*Increase HILTI sales and marketing share in assigned accounts by expanding distribution, increasing
feature, display and pricing activity, securing brand promotions, improving product location and other
measures included in the annual plan.
*Manage all relevant price, product, or other pertinent information to designated accounts insuring prompt notification of all information related to HILTI, trade promotions, and post off calendars.
*Analyze all internal and syndicated data on accounts to identify opportunities to improve HILTI business growth, Also i Make recommendations for new products based on the analysis of account needs and market trends.
• Managed territory consisting of 10 Key and Direct Buy Accounts as well as 10 other independent accounts totaling over SAR 5MM in sales in JEDDAH,
• Achieved 110% performance to plan in 2014.
