Responsibilities include:
•Take care of vehicles and equipment
•Arrive on time and according to the schedule provided
•Do not use mobile during journey
•Do not transport people outside the organization without authorization
•Always keep the vehicle mobile charged and in good working condition and make sure you always have enough units in your mobile phone to contact your line manager
•Remain discreet regarding the associations' internal functioning and security guidelines
•Inform supervisor at organization and the authorities immediately in case of accident or any incident concerning security
•Ensure transport in accordance with traffic laws in force and the internal rules of ACTED
•Fill out log book for car journeys and time planning for weekly transportation movement
•Flexibility of working various places.

Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
•Follow route and time schedule
•Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
•Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
