we prepare solutions that are ready to be used in analyzing samples chemically and micro biologically
we take samples and analyze them
( chemically & micro biologically ) both from :
final product
product in process
raw materials
water which is used in different production processes
we also take swaps from machinery parts and workers hands to ensure efficiency of sanitation and sterilization in whole factory
these swaps are only analyzed micro biologically
as for R & D
we make trials for new flavors, concentrates, stabilizers, etc and choose the best quality among samples represented
- making new recipes with lower cost that match the same quality or higher than current recipes used
this is a brief comment about what i do in lab
