o Studying the drawings to determine the material which the project need and start its procurement procedures
o Reviewing shop drawings with the project specs. and their coordination with the MEP works.
o Surveying quantities of the civil and architectural items in the projects.
o Making price comparison for the nominated suppliers and subcontractors.
o Preparing B.O.Qs for the nominated contracts.
o Reviewing subcontractors submittals
o Making material submission to the consultant for approval and fulfill the comments.
o Making P.Os and P.Rs for materials
o Follow up the supply of the material to site and its installation.
o Reviewing contracts prepared for the subcontractors.
o Making invoices for the sub-contractors.
o Making contracts addendum when needed
Project: Mall of Egypt (Besix-Orascom Joint Venture)
o Safety inspection in site, monitoring the processes and making preventive and corrective actions.
o Reporting to the responsible construction managers with their Safety violations weekly.
o Training for new hired employees.
o Proceeding in the HSE procedures and its documentation system.
Project: Mall of Egypt (Besix-Orascom Joint Venture)
o Shared the responsibility for Ski, Cinemas and Family Entertainment Center zones.
o Inspection of R.C foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, slab on grade f.w and rft..
o Inspection of strengthening of the elements having new overloads.
o Delivery of the inspected works to consultant.
o Making regular quality checks in site as part of the quality assurance.
o Implementing quality assurance procedures and documentations.

o Managing 2 zones of 12 in the mall including inspection and delivery to QC and Consultant.
o Working on the finishing works (block works, Plastering and Doors Frames).
o Making KPIs for daily production and achievement of deadlines.
o Revising the drawings before execution.
o Coordinating between the finishing works and MEP works.
o Coordination of equipments, tower cranes and other lifting equipments.
o Supervising and making payments for subcontractor.
o Inspections of columns, R.C footings, strip footing and retaining wall (reinforcement and formwork).

o Studying the client tender documents and drawings
o Studying the project’s schedule which is done using the time-chainage principal.
o Working on the project organizational charts and the project staff schedule.
o Working on the project time schedule using PRIMAVERA and the Schedule Narrative.
o Calculating storage areas required for the project “Precast Yard” TBM and Viaduct elements.
o Working on the construction methodologies for the underground metro stations, elevated stations and the viaduct spans.
o Working on the project methods statement, Tender Strategy, Resource Leveling and Manpower Histogram, Knowledge Transfer Plan and Interface Management Plan.
Project: New Ministry of Interior Headquarter
o Making structural shop drawings for (Foundations, Columns, Beams, non regular Flat Slabs, non
regular Ripped Slabs and Stairs).
o Checking the design for errors before making the shop drawings.
o Making the BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for each submitted shop drawing.
o Coordination between structural, MEP and Arch elements before issuing the shop drawings.

o Promoting quality achievements and performance improvement through the organization.
