Responsible for the company sales and projects execution.
1- Forecasting likely levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency;
2- Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
3- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;
4- Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
5- Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress - checking the quality of service provided;
6- Processing payments and invoices;
7- Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future;

1- Managing and controlling an IT environment for a group of 7 companies, 6 servers with more than 110 computer users and 1500 employee. ( IAA, IAT, Qetco, GS, SIXT rent a car, Real Estate, Gas Station)

Network monitoring operation is responsible for carrying out a series of procedures to ensure the integrity of the local, regional and global networks and applications. Observe, and monitor server computers, network link status, and Exchange email queues to ensure overall correct operation and to respond to console requests, commands, work flow procedures, in addition to hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance. And a Technical support for an e-commerce project and ERP solution.
Responsible for aircraft maintenance and servicing in addition for landing, take-off and taxiing procedure using towbar and towbarless. In addition to the direct contact with the cockpit.
This was a full time job from 9:00 till 5:00 with direct customer support, the job was about computer hardware, software and networking problems.
N.B This Job and all mentioned bellow was working as a part-timer or full-timer to enhance my experience and secure some pocket money during my years of study and millitary service.
