› Landscape supervision team builder and leader.
› Review and approve all shop drawings, material and samples submittals and mock-ups as well as the technical supervision issues.
› Handled and supervised all the landscape works and ensured that installation activities complied with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
› Coordinate with the design team and resolve any discrepancies raised by RFI between IFC DWGs, model and project specification.
› Follow up on the progress of landscape works and ensure that all works are
performed at an acceptable quality in accordance with contract specifications.
› Coordinate and supervise the work of landscape contractors.
› Solving problems when arise in landscape works.
› Supervise and provide direction to site engineers to ensure technical quality and
timely completion of all design work.
› Ensure technical compliance of materials to specifications and select sustainable
vegetation according to the climate of the area.
› Visit the project site to determine the project facilities and controls.
› Create new concepts for the landscape designs and develop that in accordance
with standards and discuss that with other landscape engineers.
› Prepare comprehensive landscape plans in coordination with other landscape
team and other disciplines to ensure a coordinated design system.
› Review the landscape design and ensure compliance with the requirements of
LEED, Value Engineering, design standard, specifications...etc.
› QA/QC checking to enhance the Landscape package before submission.
› Prepare sections and miscellaneous details for the landscape plan.
› Render landscape plans with Adobe Photoshop.
› Review and respond to client comments.
Prepare all shop drawings and as built drawings, QS, prepare documents such as Submittals, RFI, method of statement... etc and coordination between the site and technical department to follow up the project progress and executing shop drawings accurately also attend the meetings with consultants and client.
