1-Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root gap, bevel angle, surface mismatch).
2-Check welding ( WPS - equipments, quality of base and filler materials to be used, joint cleanliness and preheat when required)
3-Preliminary visual inspection of joints after welding
4-Check finished weld appearance, final weld size and weld length
i have icdl from british institute , i have (rt,pt,ut,mt)courses in inspection
