Responsibility
1.Ensure seawater desalination plant daily O&M processes meeting performance creteria.
2.Supervise plant operation and maintenance.
3.Review and approve preventive maintenance plan.and also follow up corrective maintenance issued by the plant manager.
4. Review and approve all reports related to operation and maintenance of SWRO plant.
5.Techanical adviser for Mechanical Aspects for Waste water treated plant, chiller plant &piping network.
Responsible for management, operation and maintenance FOUR
((SWRO) desalination plants, total capacity 20000 cubic meter per day controlled automatically by PLC, also contributed in installation the following reverse osmosis desalination (SHARM EL SHEIKH CAPACITY 4000 M^3/DAY, SHARM EL SHEIKH EXPANSION CAPACITY 6000 M^3/DAY, EL SHABAB CAPACITY 4000 M^3/DAY, DAHB CAPACITY 4000 M^3/DAY), prepare a detailed list of all valves, tanks, pumps, process indicators, and monitors and prepare instrument list and also select pump according (H-Q) curves.
- Responsible for management wastewater treatment plant capacity 190000M^3/DAY at porsaid city.
Responsibility :-
1-Organize, plan, direct and control the action of an organization.
2-Plans, develops, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operation and minimize operating cost.
3-plans, supervises, controls and evaluates process maintenance activities.
4-Reviews reports issued by site manager, and other personnel and modifies plans as required.
5-Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with site manager and maintenance engineer.
6-Provide technical support and direct the work as deemed necessary.
7-Provide training to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies.
8-Establishing minimal critical limit for spare parts in store.
9-Prepare area budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
10-Follow up material requisitions, work orders to ensure smooth operation of maintenance activities.
11-Ensures that all safety regulation are respect.
12-Represent the company in dealing with suppliers, vendors and contractors.
responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance sharm el sheikh sea water reverse osmosis plant, capacity 4000 cubic meter per day, Performing preventive and corrective maintenance for high pressure pump type CALDER and also dismantle and assembly others pump, prepare a detailed list of all valves, tanks, pumps, process indicators and monitors, prepare instrument list.
SHARM EL-SHEIKH desalination is controlled from PLC through a person computer and (PC) and also all devices can be controlled from MMI in the plc cabinet.
Responsibility :-

7-Develop preventive maintenance program and monitors and direct corrective, predictive maintenance procedures so as to improve performance, reduces cost and reduces down time period.

Responsible for operation and maintenance reverse osmosis desalination plants in south of Sinai.
Performing maintenance, repair, overhauling, alignment for high pressure pump(H.P.P) Grundfos model BME&BMET and other pumps, repair motor control circuits problems and set control devices.

Responsible for operation and maintenance diesel generator set and control panels, performs rebuilt of remote site generator units, maintenance pumps, prime movers include(PERKINS, WHITE, MAK, LISTER, JOHN DEER, DEUTZ and GENERAL MOTORS(MED).
Responsibilities:
-Performing all preventive maintenance and repair on all control circuits.
-Tests and repairs all safety circuits in generators and control units in the field and at base installation.
-Assigns, Monitors and performs operation and maintenance power plant equipment.
-performs emergency and standby duty as required.
-Examines maintenance log for indications of unusual equipment operation.
-Set injector rack.
-Set inlet and exhaust valve clearance.
-Set engine firing order.
Responsibilities:
-ADJUST fuel and oil level in tanks.
-Monitor and record data of main engines and stand by generators.
-Monitor operation various pumps, oil separator, air compressor, air tanks.
-Check hydraulic system and hydraulic tank level.
-Check open and close hopper dredger doors.
