Managed a 4-shift data center operation with 5 direct reports.
-I worked in the most critical data center for STC in Mursalat Compass, as well as at different sites, totaling 5 DCs with different designs.
-I worked as a snag checker for new construction sites with potential DC risks that may occur.
-Update documentation of all installed equipment, cabling layouts, rack elevations, and physical layer and network configurations when changes are made with the DCEM program.
-Maintain accurate documentation of cable routes, labeling, and connectivity information.
-Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cable checks and equipment inspections.
-Implement data and system security measures to reduce exposure to downtime risks.
-Maintain accurate inventory and ensure the availability of required equipment and tools using the DCEM Nlyte system.
-Ensure all permits and valid RFCs for each activity are performed inside the data center.
-Assess projects inside the data hall (migration, replacement, and dismantling of hardware).
-Work closely with KPIs and SLAs to meet their requirements.
-Temperature and humidity monitoring through DCE (EcoStruxureTM Data Center Expert).
-Data-hall alarm monitoring through DCE (EcoStruxureTM Data Center Expert).
-Support the capacity design team 24/7 and operate the DCIM program (Nlyte).
-Coordinates with the NOC and facility teams if any alarms occur.
-On-spot checking activities and QA checking after work is done.
-Make sure the activity is done according to ISO9001:2015 standards.
-Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting alarms, graphs, temperature, humidity, and error communications through the Schneider DCE program.
-Perform configuration on the PDU, sensors, and rack lock.
-Monitoring data center physical security through CCTV and reporting any incident.
-Access control using SIPORT (Siemenes).
Primarily responsible for the Availability of Services of Enterprise Networks Infrastructure.
-Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications.
-Identifying and implementing ways to increase productivity and efficiency in the workplace by using new technologies.
-Monitoring employees’ computer use to ensure that they are following company policies regarding Internet usage or software installation.
-Fixing company LAN, WAN, and network issues by merging 5g and DSL connection speeds.
-Responsible for Installation, Configuration, Implementation, and Administration of Communication Equipment/Devices (both Data and Voice) of Enterprise Network Infrastructure.
▪ EVD Point of Sale merchant's/terminal configuration and troubleshooting.
▪ Windows-based server administration, troubleshooting, and support.
▪ Work on monitoring systems and firewalls to ensure network connectivity and monitoring
for smooth operations.
Primarily, sales operations follow up and support new users.
-Support new users and explain the app's functions.
-Examine the originality or fake documents of new applicants (trucks) in the system.
-Support cargo deliveries by coordinating with representatives' destinations.
-Do system/app testing for bugs as an end user, taking advantage of my software engineering background, and reporting it to the developer's team.
Primarily responsible for return sales and new sales invoices using the SAP ERP system.
-Raising and issuing invoices in an efficient and timely fashion.
-Managing stage payments and client POs.
-Creation and presentation of reports to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.
-Liaising with other departments (including the sales team, accounts, PSH, etc.).

The course aims to develop practical skills, to undertake a major hands-on project that involves developing a working solution to a particular problem. In doing this, the course enables graduates to be able to take full advantage of professional-level in software developing and advanced hardware that is provided through accreditations with Microsoft, Cisco and other major companies.
