Project implementation quality control and management.
* Project quality planning of implementation, including project quality inspection and
technical support, ensure project deliverables quality.
* To monitor and manage the maintenance works.

* To train junior staff and our customer, including cooperation and proxy staff.
* Techniques for ensuring cost effective project execution
* Data Center power calculation and space management.
* Annual PMR planning in off season.

* Predictive maintenance.
* Preventive maintenance.
* Corrective maintenance.
* Critical spares management.
* Dealing with WAPDA related to Power issues.
