Construction of a residential block
Reporting to the construction department director . I’am responsible for:
-Keep tabs on the progress of the construction job.
-Ensure the works are achieved in a correct manner (according to the contract documents) -Make sure the project is completed on time, within budget and in a safe environnement.
Managing subcontractors.
Represent the company on the construction site.
Construction of residential blocks
Reporting to the construction department director .
I was in charge of many construction projects My mane tasks are: Coordination between the project sites to optimize the resources’ use. -Drawings’ follow-up and make sure every construction has the necessary up-dated working drawings -Cost control .
- Setting time plans check the works progress and make the required necessary corrections
- QA / QC
-Set the monthly invoices for the project owner
Extension of oil refinery plant.
Reporting to the project manager. Iwas in charge : -of many construction sites . -coordination between the construction site managers . - the technical follow-up of the construction sites. -Managing the ressources (labor, equipment, machinery)
Transformation of a hotel to many luxurious apartments
Reporting to the construction department manager. My mane tasks were : -representing the company on the construction site. -managing the company construction teams (at times 60 workers including ) -setting construction work charts and also ressource supply scheduels . -managing the subcontractors.
