1) Process The Monthly Payroll from A to Z accurately and on Timely basis to ensure that co staff get their salaries on time.
2) Calculate indemnity and leave settlement in an accurate and in timely manner.
3) Arrange ISO Audit Requirements \[Internal audit report, Employee’s objectives, Department
objectives .... ETC).
4) Recruitment. Post ads and try to find the best candidate suitable with the company needs and
salary plan.
5) Assist HR Manager in the continues update of the company policy.
6) Update employee’s files
7) Preparing all required reports daily, weekly, monthly
8) Make Company Plan for next year. (Hiring, vacation, Allowances ...etc.)
9) Update company Structure.
10) Dealing with the external companies (Zain, Lawyer office)to renew the contracts or any update .
11) Tracking the governmental documents expiration Date.
12) Tracking the Employees residency expiation date and make the monthly report to process the
renewal

2-Prepareing GPS Reports (Daily, weekly and monthly).FOR The Drivers and Track Their speed. 3- Preparing Monthly Petrol Payment.
4- Preparing Monthly Transport Safety Check List.
5- Preparing Daily REPORTS FOR Bus Transportation Requests.

1) Responsible for all government services related administration - visa applications, residency transfer, residency renewal, residency cancellation, MOE applications, medical fitness, EPG staff licence quota monitoring.
2) Contacting with the employees and coordinate the requests
3) Prepare the paper for residencies renewal. issuance anew visa. change of sponsor ship and visa cancelation. issue new visa and transfer information, or edit information
4) Arrange appointments for medical and finger prints
7) Following up all transactions and support the mandoub day to day work,
