- To coordinate & supervise all transportation activities to ensure maximum efficiency in delivery
- Develop a robust outsourced transportation model that addresses the needs of the Company’s customer requirements
- Monitor all changes affecting transportation channels, report them and take supported decisions to maintain the best possible operational & logistics coverage
- Document and improve business processes and procedures with appropriate management reporting. Provide structured management techniques and practices to ensure processes are optimized
- Review and track progress against KPI targets and improve KPIs that add value to the operations and minimize costs
- Provide transportation solutions for any business opportunity on in-house as well as outsourced assets profitability
- Ensure strict regulatory and contractual conformity in all transportation movements
- Develop and motivate staff to ensure that they deliver all cost control, customer service and operations KPI’s
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required, highlighting business performance, challenges and recommendations for improving operations efficiencies
- Promote HSE by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. Also conduct employee training sessions on subjects such as hazardous material handling, employee orientation, quality improvement and HSE
- Set and maintain SOP's, policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the handling of dangerous goods and ensure 100% compliance

1)Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.
2) Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
3) Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.
4) Arrange fleets and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule Special Event Planning.
5) Perform vehicle registration, insurance and CHP formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.

6) Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance, obtain tags for new vehicles and renew old ones to ensure schedule fleet management.

7) Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.

8) Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.

9) Provide direction to department staff to regulate budget cycle requirements and control budgeting process.

10) Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through efficient settlement.

11) Monitor expenditure annual budget, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives.

12) Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives
