construction and commissioning of the thermo-solar power plant CSP NOOR1 (160MW) of Ouarzazate :
- Detection of the various electrical nonconformance with drawings.
- Verification of electrical factory test procedures and electrical drawings.
- Attendance of electrical tests:
• Commissioning tests of electrical protection relays, electrical cables,
equipment’s (HV; MV and LV) and electrical panels (MV, LV, UPS)
• primary and secondary injections in current and voltage transformers with
OMICRON CMC 256
• Power transformer SAT with OMICRON CPC100 and CP TD1 ( tg(delta),
ratio and winding resistance ).
• Verifies that electrical equipment and systems are fully commissioned,
and ready to operate in compliance with the project design, standards
and specifications, the systems completion plan and control
procedures.
• Commissioning test of power transformers and electrical alternator.
• Ensuring that all project activities and tasks within the commissioning group are
planned to comply with the overall commissioning schedule.
• Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with rules, work
practices, and schedules.
• Participate in the continuous improvement process by working closely with Area
Managers and Commissioning Managers in the provision of technical advice on
new / modified plant and equipment issues.
