-Determines Need For Repair and automotive services by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems.
-Conducting visual inspections, checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules.
-Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.
-Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
-Raise Job Cards and invoices.
-Maintains customer relations by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer's approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading manufacturers' publications.
- Carry out basic repairs on ICRC vehicles and maintains generators.
- Lists repair to be carried out.
- Lists spare parts required for the repair.
- Diagnose technical problem.
- Create part number in FWC for new parts procurement on daily basis, by using vehicle's parts program and website.
- Do necessary process of stock movement.
- Raising requisition orders for parts procurement.
- Carry out Good Receipts and Invoice Verifications.
- Issue the spare parts on job card, Bin card and keep the FWC up to date.
- Do monthly inventory to ensure physical stock quantity matches with system quantity.
- Ensure proper filing of the Parts procurement records.
- Greeting the customer in a timely manner.
- Advice the customers on the care of their car and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Diagnose technical problem to vehicles brought.
- Supervise a proper repair to the vehicles.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure final inspection has been carried out before delivering the vehicle to the customer.
