•Internal and external financial reporting for the BU.

•Maintain open lines of communications (verbal and electronic) with the management team.

•Direct the preparation of the monthly financial reports as a guidance tool for management use.

•Analyze financial reports and gives relevant opinion to management team.

•Direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

•Devise a budgetary control system.

•Monitor the achievement of targets stipulated in the budgets and prepare analytical reports for the BU management.

•Prepare feasibility studies for upcoming ventures and projects.

•Monitoring for Operations Group OPEX and CAPEX. Compiling and monitoring Operating and Capital budgets.





•Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure that costs are estimated, controlled and maintained within approved budget levels

•Responsible for evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of processes, procedures, and budget / cost controls to ensure that the Operations Groups are performing their business plans, measurement, and implementation of activities in compliance with Company policies and in a manner consistent with approved business objectives.

•Direct the costing process of the plants and ensure the BU consolidation of P&L.

•Direct and control the working capital and cash flow of the BU.
