• All of the workshop equipment overhaul and car inspection duties and paper arrangements.
• Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.

• Repairing equipment and testing repairs.
• Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
• Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment, and Creating maintenance procedures.
• Keeping records of faults and repairs.
• Long-term strategic planning of mechanical maintenance activities.
• Timely response to any mechanical plant problems.
• Support in organizing and monitoring project organization, and Leading the mechanical maintenance team.
• Prepare and release mechanical maintenance procedures for the power plant equipment.
• Ensuring success in terms of economic results and customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for maintenance of all types of equipment (Excavator, Duzer, Loader, Skidloader, Generator,
dump truck, and Crane).
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new equipment, safety protocols, and maintenance techniques.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely ordering and delivery of parts.
• Liaise with project managers, operators, and other departments to understand equipment requirements
and operational challenges.
• Prepare and present reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.

• Responsible for maintenance and service of all equipment (Excavator, Duzer, Loader, Skidloader,
Generator, dump truck, and Crane).
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders,
cranes, and bulldozers.
• Perform scheduled servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues promptly.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Provide on-site service and emergency breakdown assistance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with operators to understand operational challenges and address specific concerns.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.

• Maintenance and overhaul of diesel engines and hydraulic pumps of the workshop and Concrete Pump.
• Oversees all aspects of the maintenance, repair, and servicing of hydraulic and concrete pump systems
within the workshop.
• Supervised the servicing, repair, and maintenance activities for hydraulic pumps and concrete pumps.
• Assign tasks based on expertise and operational priorities, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to maintenance strategies.

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for heavy equipment such as excavators,
bulldozers, loaders, and cranes.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of service tasks to meet customer requirements.
• Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts to the workshop and field teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source genuine and cost-effective parts.
• Stay updated on advancements in heavy equipment technology and spare parts.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee the servicing, repair, and calibration of heavy machinery ( excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze trends to improve reliability.
• Ensure machinery complies with safety and operational standards.
