-Supervise production rates and steer continuous improvement actions
-Revision and execution of the inspections yearly program of according statutory requirement
-Establish management dashboards
-Issuing Operation monthly reports of activity
-Provide technical support to the various services
-Collaborate in defining and improving site safety procedures
-Ensure the continuing effectiveness of site security systems
-Participation in the modeling of the thermodynamic model of the power plant

-Installation and commissioning of Control systems (ALSPA S06, IndustrialIt 800M, Advant AC160).
-Commissioning of different parts of the plant
-Installation and commissioning of of site security system "Lenel Onguard": CCTV, Access Control, Anti-intrusion System, PABX, SONO.
-Monitor compliance with the schedule, cost and quality of the project
-monitoring and closure of assembly and commissioning punch list.
