I was an active receptionist who is able to solve the hotel guest problems, I was enjoying a very good relationship with all colleagues in all departments, that encouraged my F.O.M to give me the opportunity to cover the Night Manager when there was an emergency leave for the Night Manager and Front Office Supervisor.
I handled the Night Manager duties very will which led the management to keep me as a Night Manager even after both the actual Night Manager and Front Office Supervisor came back from leave.
