Responsibility:- Handle Contact Center Team And Solved The Customer Issue And Evaluate The Team Score With Quality Department, Arrange The Team Meeting And Motivating The Team To Provide Best Quality Of Service To The Customer With Excellent (AHT) - Managing And Supervising The Daily Operations And Responsible For Increasing Car Sales And Tasks That Take Place Within The Company’s Accounting Department And Bank Accounts, Analyzing Accounting Data And Preparing Financial Reports, Organizing And Preparing Annual Inventory And Auditing Operations, Preparing And Reviewing Payment And Receipt Vouchers, Analyzing Differences And Differences Between Revenues And Expenses, Preparing And Managing Budgets, Making Suggestions And Improving Systems The Accounting Procedures Followed.

Responsible For All Banking Transaction Of Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports, Counting and packaging currency, Reconciling cash drawers, helping with loan applications, Exchanging foreign currency, Promoting the bank’s products and services, Keeping customers’ personal information confidential And Communicating with other bank team members

Managing the sales team in the bank and providing guidance and training for the team, setting goals and sales plans to achieve the desired goal, increasing bank profits and potential customers with a superior service and in line with the bank’s policy, discussing the banking transactions of the team at the bank’s headquarter with the bank’s audit department, preparing plans for the team and following up the DSR for each employee
