I am responsible for the preparation of all RFPs from inception to construction and interfacing with the client and their programme manager. This is a 5 year framework contract and requires the delivery a total of 200 separate projects. The construction cost is SAR 30 Billion.
Abdel Rahim also is responsible for managing and ensuring that Financial Reviews for all Contracts are undertaken in accordance with the Hyder System and client’s requirements.
Responsible for Contractual Control for Amman Civil Airport’s projects which covers airside and landside facilities (Runway, Taxiway, Aprons, Terminals, Infrastructures) including the followings:
• Preparations of Claims defence and counter Claims.
• Preparation, negotiation, agreement of Compensation Events/variations and extension of time claims
• Preparation of RFP and Tender documents.
• Production and management of Early Warning Notices.
• Study Drawings, specifications, and other contract documents to prepare cost estimation for materials and labours then price the BOQ items.
• Quantity surveying and prepare monthly payments.
• Complete and fill the Tender documents.
• Prepare subcontractor and supplier contracts.
